Site Selection: We will work with you to select the optimal destination and resort based on your group needs and price point.
Group Meetings: Our team can schedule group meetings at a location convenient for your group to discuss different options and answer any initial questions.
Personalized Website: Once all of the details of your trip have been selected, our team will create a customized website for your group that includes information on the destination, the resort, travel insurance, and how to register for the trip.
Registration and Deposit: From your custom website, all travelers can register and pay their deposits individually. Each traveler will receive a confirmation email of their booking upon registration.
Payments: A payment schedule will be established, but travelers are welcome to make payments at anytime through our online payment system.
Destination Management Company (DMC) Selection: We will hand select a DMC to provide all in destination services including all group transfers and all group tours. The DMC will select the most reliable transportation companies and tour providers in destination. As our in destination travel partner, they will ensure your travel experience is as smooth as possible.
Travel Documents: Once all final payment has been collected, we will finalize all details with our suppliers. Travel documents including confirmation numbers and transfer details will be sent to all travelers a few weeks before departure.
Bon Voyage! Your trip begins! When you arrive in your destination, your transportation will be waiting to take you to your resort.
Welcome Home: Once your trip concludes, a transfer will be ready to pick you up in the lobby and take you back to the airport to fly home. Time to start planning your next trip!
