Charlie founded HD Travel in 2010 while he attended the University of Michigan. His vision included a high level of service and customized packages while maintaining competitive pricing in the group travel market. Charlie met Chris Conlin, company CEO, at an industry event in 2015. Since then, Chris and Charlie have worked on building the foundation for HD Travel. Together, Chris & Charlie bring over 60 years of travel industry experience. With their knowledge and expertise of the travel industry, they are proud to work together to bring you a unique travel management company that specializes in group travel coordination for affinity groups nationwide. Our mission is to deliver expert guidance and organizational tools to make your group travel coordination seamless and successful.
Allie Warren

Allie joined the HD Travel team as a Group Sales Consultant in 2015. While attending Michigan State University, she led two trips to Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos. She enjoys searching for the perfect destination for her clients to ensure they have the best vacation possible. Allie’s specialization includes group travel to Mexico, The Caribbean, Hawaii, and Europe.
Colleen Anthony

Colleen joined the HD Travel team in 2016. She has been instrumental in the formation of HD Travel. She handles all group communications, marketing, payment deadlines, rooming lists, transfers, group websites, and more. While attending Michigan State University, she studied abroad in Paris which sparked her interest in travel. After graduation, she hosted a tour through Europe with 40 Spartans visiting nine countries in three weeks. Her favorite destinations include England, Italy, Greece, and the British Virgin Islands. When she is not busy planning her next travel adventure, Colleen enjoys swimming, eating tacos, and watching Spartan football and basketball.
Jackie Craig

Jackie joined the HD Team in 2018. After graduating from Michigan State University in 2010 she moved to Charleston, South Carolina where her love for travel began. She always loved meeting new people and experiencing new cities outside of her comfort zone. After spending three years in South Carolina she moved to Atlanta, Georgia. There her love for Travel continued while she worked for a Staffing Agency coordinating Travel for Physicians all over the United States. Family brought Jackie back to her roots in Michigan where she now assists in coordinating group travel to Mexico and the Caribbean. Recently, Jackie had the opportunity to experience two great destinations during her visits to Australia with Swain Destinations and Unico 2087 in Riviera Maya.

Madison graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation and Event Management. Helping share her love of travel with others by planning custom adventures has always been a dream of hers. Growing up, Madison went on countless road trips with her mom to New York City, Niagara Falls, New Orleans, Bradenton FL, and Nashville, just to name a few. Her love for travel has only grown over the years. Some of her favorite adventures have been hiking all throughout spectacular Alaska, cruising the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea, relaxing in the warm Florida sun, and fueling her imagination at Disney and Universal Studios. In her free time, you can find her reading, hiking, playing with her pets, spending time with friends and family, and planning her next incredible travel adventure!
