In order to expedite the immigration process once you arrive in Mexico, we recommend that you fill out the immigration form online here. Be sure to print these forms and save the return paperwork for your return flight back to USA. If you lose the return form, you will have to pay a fee to get a new one. Please follow the guidelines below when filling out the form.

ARRIVAL TRANSFERS
After clearing Immigration and customs, proceed to exit the terminal. The hallway between customs and the airport exit is dedicated to timeshare sales. The personnel in this hallway are not affiliated with our company. Avoid solicitation by walking directly past the timeshare booths and agents. Exit the building and proceed to the transportation area. Our destination team TRAFIC TOURS will be wearing light blue shirts and khaki pants. They will be displaying a sign that says “HD Travel Riv Maya Group”.
