BEFORE YOUR TRIP
In order to expedite the immigration process once you arrive in Cabo, we recommend that you fill out the immigration form online here. Be sure to print these forms and save the return paperwork for your return flight back to USA. If you lose the return form, you will have to pay a fee to get a new one. Please follow the guidelines below when filling out the form.

3. Reason for trip “Tourism”
4. State is “Baja California Sur”
4. Address in Mexico is “Hard Rock Los Cabos”

Your stay at the Hard Rock includes limitless resort credit which can be used for spa treatments, excursions, photo sessions, and more! A 25% service fee will apply over the final price of all transactions.

ARRIVAL TRANSFERS
Upon collecting your luggage and passing through customs, proceed to the arrivals and transportation area outside of the terminal. The hallway between customs and the airport exit is dedicated to timeshare sales. The personnel in this hallway are NOT affiliated with our company. Avoid solicitation by walking directly past the timeshare booths and agents. Exit through the glass door leading to the arrivals area and proceed to the GAZEBOS area. Our Destination team TRAFIC TOURS will be wearing light blue shirts and khaki pants. They will be displaying a sign that says “HD Travel Group” and will be located under Station #6. Provide your name and you will be pointed toward your vehicle.
